The site was easy to navigate and the Arcadia Carport is very sturdy and arrived as shown in the photos on your site. I was thankful my husband happened to be working from home as it was more than the driver and I could carry as the boxes were very heavy. The carport has been put up and was very easy to install, it looks great.

Was a good experience and delivery was quick. I did call there customer service to a) get some details b) to question delivery fee - as I am only an hour out of Brisbane and I think the website defaults to an all of qld freight cost - which was very high . They came back to me with a delivery cost based on my actual location and this was considerably less then the default one - so definetely worth the call depending on where you live .

The staff I spoke with at Tip Top Yards were very helpful. I had to delay delivery of the gazebo and they happily rearranged the delivery.
My builder let me down big time, ignoring my requests for assistance with the carport he purchased, plus ignoring my mobility needs. I couldn't find out who he bought it from, resulting in me contacting every cantilever carport supplier, until I found Tip Top Yards. The lady couldn't confirm that Mr McPaul purchased from them, but after I sent photos through, were able to confirm the midel was from them, and sent through the specifications I needed.

Product was late arriving apparently due to a new courier we ordered a Martinique gazebo which had three damaged roof panels we have notified jasmine by phone and sent photos she was looking in to it. But still no answer back and not answering phone as yet

& measurements were well detailed. I appreciated customer service, giving me advice of an upcoming price rise, due to a materials price rise. Therefore i was able to order early enough, to buy at the lower price.

Only one thing disappointed me was when delivery person came he asked me to assist him to move from the truck. But I refused to help him because it's too heavy, he should come with another person to help him. But anyway he moved by himself.

Service was good, delivery was rather delayed though. The delivery issues were problems with the carrier during Covid-19 issues.
Ordered during shutdown, so there was a bit of a delay before I heard anything. When I contacted customer support they answered promptly, advised the product was in the warehouse and a courier would contact to organise delivery, which they did.
I had a couple of question before I made the purchase and they were fully answered in a timely manner

Very nice and very easy to install
Was the perfect size to attach to the back of my rumpus room. Solid grey panels (thought they were transparent) which is good as it provides great shade. Easy to install and looks amazing. Now to do the rest of the yard!
Solid product and sturdy construction, was easy enough to erect with 2 adults following the detailed instructions.
Very useful product and easy to install and use but could do with double the number of hooks and slides supplied.
Whilst not yet erected, this is the second one we have purchased. Very happy with the first one; hence the second purchase for a friend.

Great awning. Really strong and looks fabulous on our art deco wall. Providing protection to our back door that has been exposed to weather since the 1930s. Yes it deserves some protection after that time.
All parts were provided and some extras, so you don't have that woops moment
On receipt of specifications, I then tried to find another builder. I contacted Rose again, sent through details of the parts I needed and received a quote for supply and delivery. I am still waiting for my carport to be put back up. My builder has cost me a lot of money, but without the help of Tip Top I would have had to put up with reduced access to my car with my walker. The service from Tip Top has been outstanding and I would recommend.

The outcome of the shed building project is excellent.
The base is treated pine which works very well with this sized shed.
The base took 2 days to build and establish. The shed took one day with the help of my son as it is a 2 man job.
All of the parts listed were packed, with nothing missing.
The instructions were very clear, well written and easy to follow.
All of the measured parts were accurate as were the drill holes. The whole thing is perfectly square.
It also looks attractive.
Made it easy to connect my 2 pergolas so I now have over 40 sqm of outdoor living space!

Also available at Bunnings for lower cost, but they had none in, and we needed to buy now. Nice looking unit, looking forward to installing it over the christmas break.

Easy to assemble minimum of 2 people needed, instructions are good and need to be followed some pics aren't quite clear as to what their showing but self explanatory when you've got the pieces in your hand.
i did a lot of preassembling to check for hole alignment with the brackets the posts and beams some holes were just off but the trade i'm in it was no biggy to file the holes slightly also some of the threads in the brackets needed taping out as the screws wouldn't go in which would cause damage to the threaded bracket and screw, this was all checked and rectified on all threaded bracktes before assembly (6x1mm thread tap) once the main 4 posts and beams were up, squared up everything else went together easy. roof panels aren't what i was expecting but all fitted no problems and the 4 small corner end caps on the roof truss beam didn't quite fit properly. Good sturdy looking Gazebo couldn't be happier with it.
It was a long wait but it was worth it.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the single day set up. I would recommend having two or three people set it up but it's very quick and well labelled.
Looks nice and neat actually matches the colours of my doors. Very happy. But the instructions could be a bit clearer as my builder installed it and put the wrong rubber on the back part towards the wall so now I'm short 1 rubber to put between the perspective on top.

The gazebo looks great. This is definitively a two person build. The written instructions were easy to follow and the YouTube video was also helpful.
The curtain parts #7829 should probably be slid in earlier at step 6 before you put the bolts in (not at step 10).
Just wanted to say was super impressed. The delivery was speedy, with the most easiest instructions. We got the 7m pergola which comes with the joining kit.
Parts are strong and sturdy with no form of flex after completion. The colour was close to monument which is what we were after.
Was happy to see that the roof panels are sealed at the ends of the honeycomb, which stopped moisture and bugs getting in.
Would love to see if Palram make extra items, such as to block off gutter flow one end to have a downpipe on one side rather than both. And if they make covers to cover the base plate of the posts so it looks more seamless.
The whole pergola can be completed in a day with two people and was a pleasure making it.

My purchased Milano Gazebo looks attractive, well made & seems quite sturdy following its installation to suitable concrete pads, for its posts.
The only thing my installer noticed, was that the included plastic caps, (to cover bolt & nut ends), will need to be siliconed in place, as the bolt length is just a small amount too long, causing them to be loose or fall off.
All good, it nicely done with my 2 friends.
The product itself is great. However the instructions did require some thinking outside the square as it was at times not to clear……. Otherwise it was just what I was looking for in size and height plus the colour in fact. 🙂
The only thing I felt was a little disappointing was the delivery fee which was a bit excessive being honest with you.
Goes together well, everything supplied and fits perfectly. Get a friend to help & don’t rush! The Gazebo is much sturdier than it appears in the brochure
Purchased from Tip Top Yards, was delivered really quick, the shed was very easy to put together, the instruction manual has got to be one of the best going around as it is very detailed and all parts are numbered. High quality materials and experienced no issues. Would highly recommend.
