Hi James, thanks for sharing your feedback I understand that you have already spoke with our customer service and that the issue with the site was actually an issue with the manufacturer site and not with our website, we do respond to enquiries and emails within an hour during business hours or within 24 hours outside of business hours, we are also available on the phone Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for all enquiries 😊,anyway i'm glad to hear that our customer service managed to solve your issue and help you get a replacement part from the manufacturer. If there is anything else we can help with please let us know.

Thanks for sharing your experience, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this delay in delivery unfortunately at the moment the fright companies are experiencing huge increase in demand that caused this delay, we have added to all our product pages a notice under delivery ETA, notifying that delivery delays may occur to better communicate delivery expectations.
